One of my best customers asked me to assemble a patisserie tray of mixed religieuse for her and I was only too happy to. What a great idea! Includes 2 pink, 2 violet and 2 pistachio - just like they make at Ladurée (only 1:12th the size). Already sold, as this was a commission, but I wanted to share it anyway.
