One of my very best clients provided me with a fun challenge this weekend - to recreate some of my new Halloween 2011 Range in Half Inch scale! (1:24 scale)

A highly detailed... Rich Chocolate Halloween Cake

My final Halloween cake for Halloween 2011!

And finally, this one's my Rich Chocolate Halloween Cake... so far the most detailed cake I've ever made (apart from the Laduree wedding cakes of course!)

It's one inch scale and has little white chocolate iced cobweb, chocolate pumpkins and tombstones.

The Revival of an old Spooky Favourite

Yes, I never seemed to stop selling my Minty Chocolate Halloween Cake from Halloween 2010, and even got commissions for it through the summertime! So I have continued making it and have included it in my Halloween 2011 range this spooky season. You can find it at my online shop.

How do you think it compares to my new Halloween cake designs? I like the others better actually but still the Minty Chocolate one sells almost as well as my Pink Birthday cake!

Candy and Cookies for Halloween

I had so much fun creating unique cookie cutters this Halloween! I made them in the shapes of a bat, coffin, Frankenstein's monster and pumpkin. You wont find these anywhere else. :)
I also used a bought cookie cutter in the shape of a gingerbread man to make skeleton cookies.

Icing them was much more fun. All one inch scale as usual and available at my online shop here.
