Candy and Cookies for Halloween

I had so much fun creating unique cookie cutters this Halloween! I made them in the shapes of a bat, coffin, Frankenstein's monster and pumpkin. You wont find these anywhere else. :)
I also used a bought cookie cutter in the shape of a gingerbread man to make skeleton cookies.

Icing them was much more fun. All one inch scale as usual and available at my online shop here.

Anyone for Chocolate Orange Cake? A NEW Halloween Cake Design

This is my favourite cake to date! I love the combination of orange and chocolate, and they're the perfect Halloween colours, so here's a new cake for Halloween 2011. One of three cake designs this season.

The Chocolate Orange Halloween Cake has a tiny chocolate cat and chocolate pumpkins and sits on a fine paper doily. A one inch scale artisan handmade miniature by me (Caroline) of Hummingbird Miniatures.

Trick or Treat! My new Halloween items 2011

With my favourite holiday fast approaching I have added more of my Halloween 2011 Range to my online etsy shop here.

Here's a preview of what's now available at my shop. Some of the items are one-off and won't be repeated but there are others which I have made several of. As you can see I have repeated two designs from Halloween last year (candy ghosts and minty Halloween cake, as they were so popular last time. I have refined the design just a bit since last Halloween.)

All one inch scale (1/12th) and handmade by myself using polymer clay... as usual. ;) Enjoy!
