Hoppy Bunny Day!

Happy Easter everyone!

As you may have noticed, I continue to list new items (and the same old popular ones) at my online Hummingbird Miniatures Etsy shop and put the odd Instagram update up and Facebook as well.

But as for this blog... gosh - where have I been?! Sorry to tell you I've neglected all who read this blog, and been busily working on exciting miniatures over here!!

What's the news?!

Well, we've had Pancake Day already this year, and I made pancakes, and even put a little time-lapse video of the process here on the YouTube channel! These pancakes *will* be listed at the shop soon, so huge apologies to those who've emailed and have been waiting patiently. I'll make sure there's a good discount coupon coming your way.

And, I also made a whole new range for Easter 2016, which I put up on the Etsy shop recently. Here they are! All new fluffy Easter bunnies, as well as new chicks. See a couple of 'work in progress' photos below as well.

Preparing for Easter...

A couple of years ago I came up with fluffy plush toy chicks in one inch scale miniature, as well as plush toy Easter bunnies. They were pretty popular so this year, even though I didn't have much time to create a new Easter Range as such, I have made many many more Easter chicks! Take a look at my 'work in progress' photo below.

Here are some of my Easter items which are also available this year. There are a few Easter bunnies left and only ONE Easter cake left. After that this cake design will be discontinued.

NEW Easter fluffies available!

Yes, I am finally getting around to launching my Easter 2012 Range! Starting with some cute little fluffy miniatures. Take a look at my miniature bunnies (in pink or blue) and miniature chicks. They are fluffy like plush toys, handmade by me (naturally), in one inch scale. Photographed by me today.

Some of my 'mini friends' will have heard me announce on my Facebook page recently, that I am leaving Etsy soon-ish, and setting up my own website shop. Well, these Easter minis will all be available at my Etsy store here, as it will be a bit of time before I have built my new website. So stay tuned, continue to look for Hummingbird Miniatures on Etsy, but watch out for the 'move' which will happen this year. :)

My Workspace... Easter Chicks for 2012!

Take another glimpse into my workspace.... here I've been making teeny tiny little fluffy yellow chicks for Easter 2012.

All Easter items will begin to be listed at my online shop at the middle of next week, but as always, you can email me (caro.mfw(at)gmail.com) to place an early order / reserve something you've seen me making.
